정기결제약관

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 IKE말해 토단영어(이하 “서비스”)에서 제공하는 정기결제(구독) 서비스의 이용 조건 및 절차를 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (정기결제 서비스의 제공 방식)

  1. 본 서비스의 정기결제는 Apple App Store 및 Google Play 스토어에서 제공하는 인앱 구독(In-App Subscription) 기능을 통해 제공됩니다.
  2. 이용자는 각 스토어 계정을 통해 구독을 신청하며, 결제 및 구독 관리는 해당 스토어의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.
  3. 회사는 앱 외부의 별도 결제 수단을 제공하지 않습니다.

제3조 (구독 서비스 내용)

  1. 구독을 통해 이용자는 일정 기간 동안 유료 영어 학습 콘텐츠 또는 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.
  2. 구독 요금, 결제 주기(월간, 연간 등), 제공 혜택은 각 스토어의 결제 화면 및 앱 내 안내 화면에 명확히 표시됩니다.

제4조 (자동 갱신)

  1. 정기결제는 이용자가 직접 구독을 해지하지 않는 한 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
  2. 구독 요금은 현재 이용 기간 종료 24시간 이내에 각 스토어 계정을 통해 자동으로 청구됩니다.
  3. 자동 갱신을 원하지 않는 경우 이용자는 반드시 현재 이용 기간 종료 전에 구독을 해지해야 합니다.

제5조 (구독 해지)

  1. 이용자는 언제든지 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 스토어의 구독 관리 메뉴를 통해 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다.
  2. 구독 해지 후에도 이미 결제된 이용 기간이 종료될 때까지는 구독 서비스 이용이 가능합니다.
  3. 회사는 앱 내에서 직접적인 구독 해지 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.

제6조 (환불)

  1. 구독 결제에 대한 환불은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 스토어의 환불 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.
  2. 회사는 각 스토어를 통해 처리되는 결제 및 환불에 대해 직접적인 환불 권한을 가지지 않습니다.

제7조 (구독 요금 변경)

  1. 회사는 관련 법령 및 각 스토어 정책에 따라 구독 요금을 변경할 수 있습니다.
  2. 요금 변경 시 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 스토어를 통해 사전 안내가 제공되며, 이용자는 변경된 요금에 동의하지 않을 경우 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다.

제8조 (책임의 제한)

회사는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 스토어의 결제 시스템 장애, 오류, 정책 변경 등으로 인해 발생한 결제 관련 문제에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

본 약관은 2026년 1월 15일부터 시행합니다.

Subscription Terms

(For Apple App Store & Google Play)

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Subscription Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the subscription-based paid services (the “Subscription”) provided by IKEmalhae Todan English (the “Service”).

Article 2 (Subscription Method)

  1. The Subscription is provided exclusively through in-app subscription systems offered by Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  2. Users subscribe using their Apple ID or Google Play account, and all payments and subscription management are handled in accordance with the policies of the respective app store.
  3. The Company does not offer any alternative or external payment methods outside the app stores.

Article 3 (Subscription Content)

  1. Through the Subscription, users may access paid English learning content and features for a specified period.
  2. Subscription prices, billing cycles (e.g., monthly or yearly), and benefits are clearly displayed on the app store purchase screen and within the app.

Article 4 (Automatic Renewal)

  1. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless the user cancels the subscription prior to the end of the current subscription period.
  2. The subscription fee will be charged to the user’s app store account within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
  3. To avoid automatic renewal, users must cancel their subscription before the current period expires.

Article 5 (Cancellation)

  1. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the subscription management section of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Upon cancellation, users will continue to have access to the subscription service until the end of the already paid subscription period.
  3. The Company does not provide an in-app cancellation function.

Article 6 (Refunds)

  1. Refunds for subscription payments are processed in accordance with the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. The Company does not have the authority to issue refunds for subscriptions processed through the app stores.

Article 7 (Changes to Subscription Fees)

  1. The Company may change subscription fees in accordance with applicable laws and the policies of the respective app stores.
  2. If the subscription price changes, prior notice will be provided through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and users may cancel their subscription if they do not agree to the change.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company shall not be liable for any issues related to payments or subscriptions caused by system errors, service disruptions, or policy changes of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Supplementary Provision

These Subscription Terms shall take effect on January 15, 2026.
